Polka Dot Happy Birthday

UPDATE: My card was chosen as one of the Top Five for the Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combo #49.

The challenge this week at The Shabby Tea Room involved polka dots. My granddaughter's favorite color is turquoise, so I thought I would create a birthday card for her that included some polka dots. Besides my turquoise polka dot ribbon, I used SU's retired DSP Rainbow Sherbet and my Cuttlebug Dotted Swiss embossing folder to add a few more "dots" to my card!
I am also entering this card in the Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combo #49.

Supplies include: SU's Apricot Appeal CS, SU's Rainbow Sherbet DSP, SU's Top Note die, SU's Happy Birthday stamp, SU's Tempting Turquoise ink, EK Success flower punch, SU's Scallop Edge punch, and brads and ribbons from my stash.
