Big Top Birthday


Update:  My card was a Top 5 Pick in QKR Stampede Challenge #57--Flying High with Balloons.
 



 In September I have to make birthday cards for four of my grandchildren.  I went to a circus with one of my grandsons, so I thought a "big top" card would be perfect for his birthday!  I added some balloons and sparkly "stars" as embellishments.
