Ten Candles on the Card!

Update:  My card was picked as a "Top 2 Pick" on Use It Tuesday: Challenge #59:  Birthdays!

 My card was picked as a "Top 3 Pick" on Ladybug Challenge Blog--Birthday Greetings!
   
     My grandson recently celebrated his tenth birthday on July 3, and I did not want to make him a "little boy" birthday card!  I was able to CASE a card that I found on www.StampingAndBlogging.com, and since his birthday was on the day before July 4, I added a little sparkle by painting Stickles on the candle flames!
     I found two buttons in my button box that I took off of some old sweaters--finally a chance to use them.  And I punched out those candle flames last year but did not use them; thanks to Use It Tuesday, I am finally getting around to digging through my stash!
